Travel Log: Day 15 (7/12), Costa Rica

The main event today was going out to lunch at a restaurant that is either owned by, or worked at by our Airbnb host. Following the let down of sober fast food stand trip #2, La Parada was refreshing, delicious, and by comparison world ranked. We had dishes ranging from burgers, to pizza, to Costa Rican food, and all were delicious. The price to taste ratio was ridiculously good. We paid $25 for the shitty fast food stand, and we paid $44 for the delicious food from La Parada. It was worth more than that. I’d probably pay $66 for La Parada to avoid the fast food stand.

The rest of the day was unremarkable. We finalized our plans for Japan but have not yet booked it. We had some drinks. We found a lizard in the kids shower. We searched for bugs/animals outside in the dark. We watched some stuff on the firestick.
